Here's how to print baby shower invitations! You'll find out how to print the free baby shower invitations from this site - or ones you have created yourself - using programs you already have on your computer, or free programs that are easy to use :)
We'll look at how to print fill-in invitations, as well as what to do with blank templates.
Baby shower invitation printing instructions
Here's an example of a baby shower invitation - and how you can print it.
Right click on the image, and select the "save" option. Save the picture to your desktop.
Now open the picture. Your computer may open it in Windows Photo Viewer or your own default graphics program.
Windows Photo Viewer gives you a "Print" option - and you can choose whether to print a large invitation or several smaller ones.
Not got a graphics program? Then I recommend that you download Irfanview - a free, neat graphics program that you can use to view and print your graphics, again selecting the size you want.
Do a few test prints of your card first to check how the size and printing quality match up.
Print onto regular printer paper and affix to cardstock, or use special greeting card paper for your printer. Choose your printer paper wisely - you don't want to jam your printer ;)
Printing blank baby shower invitation templates
Here's how to print baby shower invitations that come as a simple, blank template.
For example:
Save your image as above - follow the printing instructions above too, if you are going to fill in the blank invitation by hand.
If finishing by hand: Use stickers, stencils, embellishments or gold/silver/color pens to create your own text and decorate.
To add your own text on the computer you'll need to use a photo/picture editor.
For Windows users like me, the simplest one to use is Microsoft Paint, and it should already be installed on your computer. Open up Paint, open your image file, select the text option, font, and color, then drag your mouse to select the text area and start typing.
Another program I really like using is paint.NET - and again, I open the program, open my image file, click the text and font options and get typing.
